All Star - Winter Training

Winter training for 2011/2012
The winter training starts November 26th, 2011 and runs until the week of April 30th, 2012. This program is to enhance skills for the enthusiantic players that would like to play in the Metro leagues in the summer and Provinical leagues as they get older.
Training times are set up by the Technical Director in the fall and will be emailed out to the players.

The following standards are the ones used for the National Training Center Players. These are based on tests done on a mix of U-14 and U-16 players. The standards are as follows:
Multistage Fitness Test (Beep) - Girls (10.3), Boys (11.5)
Repeated High Intensity (6x80m) - 30% drop off
Illinois Agility Test without ball -14.6 sec., with ball - 18.2 sec.
