Rentals
Clubhouse
The Mount Pearl Soccer Association’s Clubhouse is now available year round for your everyday rental needs. The Clubhouse is a modern facility and can accommodate parties up to 100 people comfortably. Our clubhouse is equiped with Audio/Video equipment and wireless Internet access to help you host your business luncheons or seminars.

Artificial Turf Field
The Mount Pearl Soccer Association Artificial Turf Field, located at the Team Gushue Sports Complex on Smallwood Drive is available for rental.

Rates to September 30, 2010:

Monday - Friday (not including holidays)
7:00AM - 3:00PM - $100.00/hr
3:00PM - 7:00PM - $125.00/hr
7:00PM- 11:00PM - $150.00/hr (with lights)
1/2 Field Rental - $85.00/hr
Saturday - Sunday (and holidays)
7:00AM - 7:00PM - $125.00/hr
7:00PM - 11:00PM - $150.00/hr (with lights)
1/2 Field Rental - $85.00/hr
All prices include HST.
Conditions:
1. Bookings and no shows will be charged 50% of the rental value unless cancelled with MPSA 3 hours before the rental.
2. No discounts are offered for half field rentals.
3. Users have to promptly leave the field at the end of their session.
4. Use of the main clubhouse is an extra charge.
Turf Field Rules
We are entrusting you with a resource that is the pride of our community. Please do everything in your power to protect it!
Prohibited Items
Because the turf is not regenerated like natural grass, anything left on the turf remains there, posing health and safety hazards as well as general degradation of the turf. To provide a clean and healthy environment, please encourage your players to try to avoid spitting.
To preserve the quality of the turf please do not pick or pull grass fibers or infill material on the field. Always Lift and Carry (DO NOT DRAG) Goals and Equipment, unless the unit is on wheels.
The following are not allowed on our synthetic turf field:
- Gum, Food, Sports Drinks, Soda, Coffee, Peanuts or Nuts, Sunflower Seeds
- Tobacco Products or Alcohol
- Glass Bottles or Containers
- Pets
- Metal Cleats, Softball Cleats, Baseball Cleats or Golf Shoes
- Tents or objects with sharp spikes
- Folding Chairs or Outdoor Furniture
- No Spitting on Field
Trash
An ample supply of trash barrels are provided in convenient locations around the fields – please use them. Leave no trash behind.
Rest Rooms
There are restrooms located in the lower level of the MPSA clubhouse. Be respectful of others and keep the restrooms clean.
Parking
Free parking is located adjacent to the MPSA clubhouse for Turf (Middle) and Lower fields. Parking for Upper is located adjacent to the field next to the Smallwood hockey arena. Watch your speed in the parking lot and on the streets as you enter and leave the premises.
