House League - Summer
Registration is $135 per player. There is a family rate for 3 or more of $335
You can register:
· By fax or email by completing the registration and Visa form and sending them back.
· By mailing the completed registration form with a cheque or money order made out to "MPSA".
· At the Soccer Clubhouse on Arena Road from 10am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday with added hours on Wednesday until 7:00 pm.
MPSA accepts cheque, debit or Visa. Sorry we currently do not take Mastercard. Any NSF cheques will result in an additional $20 charge.
You can open and print the 2011 Membership Form and VISA Form to register. The Refund Policy is on the General Information Page. If you have difficulty opening the form please download the latest Adobe reader on the General Information Page.
The House League season for all ages begins late June 2011, subject to availability of the soccer fields. If you have questions please open our frequently asked questions form or call the office 364-9793.
